You will have to venture off of NC 107 and into the wilds of "Lower
Cullowhee" in order to find this cache. Once in the vicinity park
carefully as there is a decent amount of traffic on this road. The
cache should be easy to find; just make sure you time your
retrieval to coincide with the absence of traffic.
The cache is a 6" X 6" X 2" Rubbermaid container filled with
pre-addressed, pre-stamped postcards. (And a logbook, pen, pencil
and sharpener.) Please take a postcard -- any postcard -- and write
down a few words about a memorable cache you have found. It could
be memorable because it was a devious and/or well camouflaged hide,
or because the end location was awesome, or because it took you
five minutes to find and CCCooperAgency has three DNFs on it, or
because you found a cool trade item or Travel Bug inside. All I
want is a few words about a memorable cache experience! (And if the
words relate a particularly sneaky cache I may have to use it to
unleash upon the unsuspecting cachers in western NC!)
There is no need to leave anything to replace the postcard; in
fact I would prefer it if you did NOT leave anything in the cache.
Just sign the logbook and take a postcard. And if you do take a
postcard please also take a few minutes to write something down and
pop it into the mail. Thanks in advance for your words! (As the
postcards have US stamps please make sure you mail them while still
in the US!)
Please replace the cache as you found it and make sure it is not
visible to passers-by.
