Fairly easy to reach. There is a parking lot very nearby.
This cache is a magnetic key-holder hidden near that current site of the Univeristy of Toledo's Basketball Arena. There could be a number of Student-Muggles around, so please be stealthy! I would recommend hunting this in the evening, when the parking crunch is over.
