Nita's Traditional Cache

NC_Ron&Dianne: Today we took a nice ride up Hwy 74 to check on our geocaches. This one was gone again. A small gazebo has been built directly across the stream in direct view of the hidey hole. Nita's has been sold, and is no longer "Nita's." So, we decided that this one has been replaced enough times, and it's time to archive it. Thanks to all who came out to find it.

Geocache Description:


The Property owner has asked that this cache be searched for only during daylight hours. Please abide by her wishes.

When I saw this location I knew immediately that I wanted to place a cache here. Nita was a friend of a friend during my fire department days.

I stopped by and explained to Nita who I was, and about geocaching. She did not hesitate, and was gracious in allowing a cache to be placed.

When you arrive at the cache location you will have a pretty good idea where you can find Nita. If you have the time drop by and say hi, be sure to let her know that you are geocaching.

The cache is a small pill bottle hidden from casual view. You will not need to search the banks of Hickory Nut Creek to locate this cache.
