Geocache Description:


Come on in, the water is FINE! Don your swimming suit and goggles and enjoy a swim in the cool spring water. Barton Springs is the crown jewel of Austin and the largest natural spring fed swimming pool inside of an urban area in the United States. More than 27 million gallons of water flow out of the springs each day!

The pool is free from 5 AM to 8 AM and from 9 PM to 10 PM. You'll need to bring a pen or pencil to log your visit. Please take care in retrieving and replacing this cache as not to draw attention to yourself in this highly populated area.

Please note: besides signing the logbook, you'll need to get the "verification phrase" off of the logbook and auto-verify the cache here before you log it here to claim your smiley!
