Chitter the Squirrel (or was it Chatter the Squirrel) has had a streak of investing in the wrong kinds of businesses. One example is S.Q.Earl's Nut House. This is the location of another one of those investments gone bad. At Rodent Rock Cafe every Friday was karaoke night which also coincided with dollar beer and free nut night. They made a lot of money on the beer but ended up losing money on damages due to the fights that would eventually break out over the last nut or who was the best singer. Or was it the best nut and last singer? Oh well, it doesn't matter, there is still a cache there.
