From one parking location N44:36.635, W079:21.484, (not the closest) you will walk down the old rail line toward the narrows. At the start of the hike you will see a painting of the Mnjikaning fish weirs. The weirs themselves are located near the Cache and if you look really closely you may see them.
A second parking area N44:36.449, W079:21.604, is located a bit closer to the cache but it is not as nice a spot to park and could be very busy as a lot of traffic still comes down this road by mistake. A third parking location is located very close to the cache and has just recently been made accessible, you will have to find it on your own as I do not have the coords.
Anyhow, since I was only a bike rider I had to be able to reach this spot without being on any major roads due to the seriously overloaded traffic on the Rama Rd nearby. I come from the Fern resort area down the rail trail past the old Orr/Walton Sports Camp (my dad told me about the old camp).
