The posted coordinates lead you to an interpretive plaque that details the history of this trail. You need only stop along the side of the road, which is safe to do at this point. You can read the plaque from your vehicle.
Make note of the only number stated in the text of the plaque. With this four digit number you should drive into one of the adjacent streets to the north to do your tabulations.
Subtract 1866 from the number on the plaque in order to get the last 3 digits in the NORTH coordinates of the second/final stage.
Add the number from the plaque to 37,233 to produce the last 5 digits of the WEST coordinates of the second/final stage.
Find a good place to leave the car and take a walk on the Old Wagon Trail to find a good place to enter the woods.
I suggest bug spray in season. At the final stage you will find a medium-sized container with log and typical tradeables. This area is also ripe for CITO if you are so inclined. Please make sure the container is properly closed when you leave.
