Roots and All was placed for the 2nd Hampton Roads Geocaching
Picnic. It is far enough from the trail that you shouldn't have
trouble with muggles. If you've spent any time in a wooded area
since Hurricane Isabel's visit in 2003 you will understand the name
of the cache and will have little trouble locating it.
Cache is a large ammo can and stocked with lots of goodies.
nearest parking is at Washington's Headquarters along Surrender
Road in Yorktown National Park at N 37 12.146 W 076 31.972
An alternate approach is from Newport News City park along the
bike trails. Park maps are available at the ranger stations.
