Brundage Bushwhack Traditional Cache

Cache is hidden in Randolph’s Brundage Park. Not lots of bushwhacking needed, but the cache lies somewhere between one of the marked trails and India Brook. For the easiest approach, skip the main parking lot. Instead use the smaller lot on Carrell Road closer to Millbrook Avenue near the small pond and lacrosse field. The cache container is now an ammo box which should keep the contents dry.
WARNING: Brundage Park is open to bow hunters in the fall and winter. Dates vary each year but typically run from late September through mid February.
5/6/2006 - I updated the cache coordinates and replaced the old container with an ammo can. The coordinates were taken with very little tree cover. When the trees are covered with leaves, your reception will be limited and you may need to widen your search a bit.
1/1/2017 - Replaced missing cache with new ammo container and new logbook. I also updated the coordinates based on what I found today with no tree cover. When the trees are covered with leaves, you will need to widen your search area a bit.
