Zartimus: I've stopped by the cache site a few times. The area has been somewhat stipped of natural foliage since covid hit and more people are walking in the area. Even a smallish cache would be hard to contain and a new placement would bump up into exiting caches. Archiving.

Mysterious green box holds the secrets to the cache.

The cache is not at the 'posted' coordinates. When you arrive at the cache you will find a green man-made object surounded by 4 posts(pictured above).
