The big tarp will be up again this coming long weekend, 2nd 3rd 4th of October, come along and join in the fun.
Turn off North West Coastal Hwy approx 15klms from Geraldton at S28.32.745 E114.37.793 - There is a small sign on the corner to Coronation Beach.Here are some details about the site which is at Coronation Beach, just 20klm's north of Geraldton.Coordinates are as follows.S28.33.257 E114.33.881Camping Fees = $5.00 per car per night. Honour box system. Camping areas are marked and range from large (to hold cars andcaravans) to smaller individual sites. NO WATER - will need to bring your own.Toilets = Eco toilets in excellent condition - bring your own toilet paper. (not supplied) Showers = two cubicles with hooks for solar shower bags. Very spacious with plenty of room to change etc. BBQ = gas = free. Very clean Pergola = two very large pergolas with seatingFishing - kayaking - wind surfing - kite surfing. Safe beach for the kiddies, protected by an off-shore reef. Access to beach for 4WD's The area surrounding the camping is fenced and is under rehabilitation - creative geocaching with conservation in mind will be used. We have a few good ideas on the boil - everyone welcome to add a few of their own too.
