A traditional multi that takes you around some interesting ruins

Take time to look at the ruins and absorb the beauty and horror of this place.



You should not need to leave the tracks until you are almost at Ground Zero

Sometimes the answer will be right there at your feet, sometimes you will have to follow your heart!

At Waypoint 1: Read the sign on the brick and note what year the government shut down the mines.
Add 7368 to this (XXXX).

You will need to head about 80M NW of WP1 to find the ankle high stump that points the way to the Military Precinct. Follow this track to WP2

At WP2: Note the year of the Military Buildings
Add 1046 to this number (YYYY)

At WP3: Note down the regiment of Private Norton
Subtract this number from 154 (ZZ)
Your next waypoint is:

At WP4: Note down the Year Greaves and Francis Hall Fell
Add 2451 to this number (AAAA)
Your next waypoint is:
S 42 58.938

At WP5: Note down the date of the vessel
Subtract this number from 7739 (BBBB)
Your next waypoint is:

Stay on the track as long as you can then dash on over to the cache!!

Follow the track around the water and back to where you started.
