The coordinates above will bring you to a dead-end road for parking near the entrance of the conservation land.
Near the end of the dead-end road is a stone, engraved sign. The first line of the sign is the name of the conservation land. The last line will give you the clues needed to get the cache coordinates.
Count the vowels in the last line; add that number to N 42 33.881 to get latitude.
Count the consonants in that last line; add that number to W 071 20.468 to get longitude.

The cache is a small lock n lock, so it won't hold anything really large, PLEASE replace as found to keep the muggles from finding it. The theme is advertising freebies - anything with a company name and/or logo.
We used to say: Unfortunately, this lovely area is apparently frequented by partying muggles. It would be a real service if you were to bring a bag of trash out with you. Thanks!
But now we say: Thanks to the Chelmsford Open Spaces Stewards (see The Chelmsfordian) this area has become pristine!
