If after finding the cache you would like to continue walking the loop it is a total of 4 miles - the last 2 miles are in deep pines/and on the ridge - great hike - but not for children under 13. Dogs love this hike - but bring water for them and yourself. The trail Ts on the crest of the ridge on a dirt road - go left.
