Geocache Description:

When you visit this cache you will why it has this name. The rock formations are most interesting. This park is very underused and many living close do not even know it is here which is surprising since it is quite large. Print out a map of the park at this link

The easiest way to get to this cache is parking at the start of the yellow trail on Dakota Drive in Franklin Lakes. The cache is about .5 miles into a very interesting narrow valley. It is an ammo box with four travel bugs, one of which is brand new. Other items include a measuring tape, bungee cords and work gloves. I now have a total of 9 caches in this park and an additional one nearby, Buttermilk Falls. Get them all for a good tour of High Mountain Wilderness Preserve.
