Located in the See Canyon in Avila Valley on your way to or from apple orchards.
This is a traditional camo cache. It should be a snach and grab if you follow instructions. The See Canyon is a awesome place to get fresh apples during the late summer and autumn months. Our favorite apple places are the one you can "see" and the one "gophers" love. This "Apple Worm" cache is located on your way to or from the apple orchards. There is a signpost here that lists a ton of wineries but this is truly apple country. But the sign post may have been changed since 2004.If you park in the turnout you can easily get the cache as you peruse the sign. But, the sign may be gone. There is a winery across the street. I'm making it easy because there can be a few cars on this road, although they usually travel slowly. There is no need to walk up from the sign or across the street. Use the hint for an easy and fun filled day. Please replace container so it isn't easily seen. And enjoy the apple orchards or wineries!Cache contained: Woody, Buddha, sticker, change purse, key chain, postcard, ugly penny collection, beads, poker chip and log.
