A well concealed non-removable container located in an oasis of seclusion amongst a fairly busy area.
You should be able to park within ten feet of the cache and look around without Alien interference.
The container is a bit different. So here is some info about it. Years ago, before newer technology took over these things were used in many places through out the world to hurry things up. It seems that as things heated up and pressures mounted, they had the ability to get the desired results for the owner, quicker then other methods.
Now I have defused this one so it should be safe for you to open (I hope).
Once you have located the container,DO NOT TRY TO PICK IT UP!!! Just rotate the upper portion 1/16 of a turn counter clockwise, just like the old Type USNS 1764A Landmines.
That done you should have the contents at your disposal.
Please replace the container as you found it and make sure that it is well concealed so as to be a fun hunt for the next victim, oops sorry, next cacher.
So have fun, tread softly, watch where you walk so you do not fall in the slough which is only 50 feet from the cache, and take cover if needed.
