There is a great deal of undiscovered open access moorland to the south of Eaglesham. Here is a taste of some of it.
Park in the lay-by, opposite the entrance to the turbine farm, just before you get to Carrot Farm.Take the green signposted path across the field to Carrot burn, then follow your nose. Only the last 100 metres or so are off piste.
