Geocache Description:

This cache leads you to the abandoned Sant Aniol d'Aguja church of pilgrimage in the Alta Garrotxa and some incredible cold waters, stone paradises and some meadows to rest in during the walk.

From Sadernes you can take a dirt road in the direction of Sant Aniol d’Aguja (you do not need to ride a 4x4 vehicle).
At the location N42°16.208 E02°35.717 you will find a barrier. If you are unlucky (especially during high season) you are not allowed to pass and you have to leave your car at a parking place near the barrier. If you are lucky you are allowed to pass and you can follow the dirt road further until you reach a parking place at N42°17.265 E02°35.422.
Now you can take a path along the gorge to Sant Aniol.
At N42°19.018 E02°35.238 you will find the font of St. Aniol nearby the church. From there follow a trail northwards to the cascades.
When you reach the coordinates watch out for the site you see on photo named Cache Location. The above coordinates do not give the position of the cache but give the position of a place from where you see the entrance of the cave where the box is hidden, because there the GPS reception is much better.

Many thanks to karles, who will do the maintenance for us.
