This is the replacement cache for Bombers, which went missing(I blame the plane spotters-they probably thought it was a nice sandwich box!), this is part of our Gary Numan series-it is one of Ladybirds favourite songs by him which never charted. Should have made No.1 in her opinion though! Andybug isn't so sure?
There is parking just over the road from the stated co-ords.This cache is set at a spot overlooking Duxford Aerodrome, where they have an American B52 bomber, hence the cache name.The cache should be fairly easy to find, but if you do have trouble then check out the decrypt.
The aerodrome is well worth a visit, especially if you are into the Great Wars or Military aircraft.
During airshows this may be a bit of a tricky cache to get to as we think all the plane spotters will be along this stretch of road, as the view of the aerodrome is really good even on a normal day.
Take some binoculars with you when you go if you are in to that sort of thing!
By the way, there is no pen in this micro-please bring one along with you.
