This cache was hidden "Sammi Liz & Co." way back in September 2004 - almost 21 years ago. We adopted the cache to keep the Oldest Suffolk Cache going but in recent years it has disappeared almost every other month. Our plans are to create and then hide another cache dedicated to this cache somewhere near the "Kid's Zone" that hopefully will not require quite so much stealth to be found.
