10/14/2020 - I placed a brand new container with a little bit of swag in it at the posted coordinates. I also cut a path through the briars/stickers and into the woods. Coordinates posted for the "trailhead" for this path into the woods. GZ is a short distance into the woods. Park at the Park Office/Maintenance Complex on Wilkinson Road (coordinates provided). Very short hike across a grass field to the GZ from here.
3/19/2026 - Container now is a clear ammo box.
DISREGARD - This was the original CO's geocache description - DISREGARD Northern area Susquehanna State Park. Nasty climb from Deer Creek. No trails. No water crossings. My first cache placement! This is a normal type container hidden in a typical way. The trouble is bushwhacking to it! I parked at N30 39.827 W76 9.040 and hiked in from there. You will climb a fairly nasty hill, bushwhack through the woods, and stroll across open fields to get to this one. This is a trail-less trek (aside from crossing one human trail) so wear your good boots and long pants. If you're not into climbing up hills, there are other ways to get closer by car, but I'm not gonna give 'em up. Note to First Finder: Get the memory chip, add some files, and pass it on.
