Geocache Description:

Sloan’s Crossing Pond represents something unusual in this land of sinkholes around Mammoth Cave – a surface pond. Explore this quiet, special place and discover the rich wildlife of the pond, and the geology that produced an environmental oasis. The 0.4 mile wheelchair accessible trail is elevated above the forest floor.

The above coordinates are for parking. As with all caches in a National Park this cache is a virtual.
