I'm not sure why this particular location has not received the benefit of a micro cache before now. Anyway here is my contribution to the series. No explanation is needed as to the location, but like all other Off The Rockers this is a high muggle activity area. I had to go into stealth mode just to plant it. I ended up placing it in a location other than my first choice because of muggles that were right there at the time. Be either James Bond or Harvey the Rabbit, the choice is yours. You will need to take your own pencil or pen.
