Since we have an I Hate I-5 ...From the very beginning in the first rest area south of the Canadian Border I felt we should have one in the last rest area you get to going north to the border.Your basic rubbermaid container covered with some dirt and evergreen needles.Should be an easy find. Trucker muggles will probably be your biggest challenge while searching.
