Ok, since a lot of people have been telling me that they don't understand the hint, I'll give a hint to the hint. Even if you don't find it, then its still a cool place.

BRING YOUR OWN PEN! Just finding this park will be an adventure in its self. The cache is really small, it has a toothpick to use to help roll the log book up. Nothing in it besides the log book.
