Geocache Description:

This cache is a short hike off the paved riverwalk along the Charles River. Just a little bushwacking, but long pants are highly recommended. It will be muddy after a rain shower.

This cache is just a stone's throw from Forte Park, formerly Allison Park, in Newton. You can access the cache by following the riverwalk from any of numerous access points. This section of the riverwalk runs from the Watertown bus yard on Galen Street to the Bemis Mill on Bridge Street. A map of this section of the riverwalk can be found as Map 5 on AlongTheCharles.com.

The riverwalk path is fairly well travelled by walkers and people using Forte Park. Try to avoid letting muggles see you leave the paved path, but once you're in the cache area you should be far enough out of sight that you won't need to worry.

The cache is a shoebox-style Rubbermaid container (although slightly smaller than a regular shoebox). At placement, it contained the following:
- Lego pen set [gone]
- Sticker promoting the Fluxx card game
- Rare promo Fluxx card
- Coupon for anime and manga discounts at Suncoast [gone]
- Mini "magic 8 ball" [gone]
- The Nissan 350Z Travel Bug [gone]
- A notebook and pen (of course)

Please be sure to seal all four corners of the container to prevent water from getting in. Some contents are in plastic bags to protect against excess moisture.
