Probably the most secluded sitting parks, and the highest points in the City of Lowell! So take a seat. Sit down, and really enjoy the View around you! Especially during the Fall, and Winter!
Frank J. MacMahon to which this park was dedicated to. Was built in recognition of his 50 Years of service as the Electrical Engineer for Lowell Light & Power from 1902 - 1952 of then the Village Of Lowell.
As you look at the marker the Neighbors to your far left behind you are the GrandChildren of Frank. So Please respect this Monument. Many Thanks From His Family!!!
They have no problems with this GeoCache being here just would like those of you who search for it to respect this almost forgotten park of the City of Lowell.
