This cache is located in the Jo Gapper recreational park.
There is a tennis and a basketball court. A playground along with picnic facilities.
There is also a lookout located within the park.
The Park is overlooked by an old quarry that used to be used as a rifle range.
The quarry and the range are fenced off so please don't cross over the fence line.
The listed waypoint is for the carpark at this location.
You need to find the lookout monunent.
It contains a plaque with GPS Co-Ordinates and distances to point of interest.
Using the formular 34. 44.XXX s and 138. 41.YYY e.
Where XXX and YYY equal the value's shown on the plaque.
Now do the following calculations to find your final waypoint.
For South subtract the distance indicate to the Evaporation Salt Pans from XXX.
For East add to YYY the distance indicate to the following locations -
Yorke Peninsula
Adelaide
Torrens Island
Port Adelaide
Evaporation Salt Pans
This cache requires an ascent of about 100 meter with a one kilometer walk to GZ.
