This is a standard single cache near the summit of Haßkogel.It will take you about three to five hours of hiking depending on the route you choose.
There are several ways to reach the summit of Haßkogel. We took the hiking taxi provided by the Fremdenverkehrsbüro Schwarzach which dropped us off at:N 47°17,096E 13°05,312.From this point the trail 530 led us via Luxkogel, Haßeckalm and the beautiful Paarseen to the Haßeck.You can continue the hike by going to Urkübl and Hochegg to the Schernbergalm or if you prefer a shorter route, go directly to the Schernbergalm through the Edelweiswald (approx. at N 47° 16.388 E 13° 08.115).You can, of course start at Schernbergalm from where it is a shorter walk to the summit.The cachebox is hidden in a little hole in the rocks off to the left on the way to the summit.Initial Contents: Log, Pen, Nintendo-game, cigarillos.
