The small park where we've put this cache has a boatlaunch, pier, picnic tables and a great view of the Flambeau Flowage. With 24 miles of shoreline, the 2,000 acre lake offers a variety of recreational activities. The Flambeau Hydroelectric Station on the Flambeau River created Lake Flambeau in 1951 and generates 22 MW of electricity.
