Ten Wells 02 - Cape Range # 2 Virtual Cache
Team Red Roo: GC reviewers appear to use a different set of of guidelines to those that GC publish on their website and this causes friction between reviewers and Geocachers. GC appears to ignore both requests and valid appeals, and that is just not good enough! - so the only options left for me is to both archive my active caches and to not renew my Premium membership.
While both of these things will happen this year (after 15 or 16 years continuous premium membership), I intend to continue to look for both GA and GC caches - but I just won't pay for membership unless GC either pulls their reviewers into line ot publishes all of the placement guidlenes. You may still see me at events or perhaps in the field.
I'm aware that this is like a 'shout in the dark' and that TPTB will never hear my voice, but that's Ok - there is a life after GC.

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
Ten wells is a series of caches placed to introduce you to some of the points of interest in and around the Exmouth area. After Exmouth, Ten Wells takes you progressively along the coast to various locations close to camping or day use areas such as the Milyering Center or Turquoise Bay.
This cache is suitable for all types of vehicles – just drive cautiously on the gravel road. This cache has been placed to celebrate the 50 years of oil and gas exploration within the Cape Range / Rough Range areas. Though oil was found in Rough range, it was not found in commercial quantities until the discovery at Barrow Island several years later.
To claim a find on this cache, take a photo of yourself and/or your GPS with the fence and wellhead behind, and upload it with log. Alternatively if you don’t have a camera, email me the answer to this simple question: slightly east of south, there is a man made structure on the horizon. What type of facility houses the structure (you can find out on the way back to the main road).
If picnicking, walking or camping in this area, please watch children closely. There are many caves in this area - all vertical entry and up to about 40 mtrs deep, some of which contain dangerously high levels of CO2.
