This is the park that I referred to in the cache called, They Like It HOT. OFD HQ(GCKKMX). I have included a picture of the structures. I can only warn you that if you bring your kids you might as well bring a snack, book, soda, etc as you are going to be here for quite awhile. There are restrooms North of the playground. Be careful when caching in this park as different areas have different hours of operation. This area is open from sunrise to sunset.
Nearby, in this area of the park is a baseball field. Many other activities abound.
With the kids around this area there was not one place that I could leave one that they didn't find. I would put them out and when I went to check on the a few days later, they would be gone. Patience and stealth is the key to success and longevity of this cache. NE Sanchez is a oneway street going South. If you come from the OFD HQ cache then go past Sanchez to the next street North. Go one block and turn West. You will come out across the street from the park. You can park real close to the cache on the street or in the park.
If you bring some bread, you can take the kids to the pond to feed the ducks. NE of the playground is a Freedom Arch and memorial honoring the vets.
