Geocache Description:

An Offset 1 part Multi-Cache, It is a very dog friendly stroll and also very short.

I have set this cache close to Hartwell House NR Aylesbury in Bucks.

The cache does not trespass on private property. During your short and sweet stay here I would say you were pretty safe and whatever you have to do....Its not tresspassing!.

You will be able to take in the Norman modelled Church and if you walk further down the path get a proper glimpse of the House itself! (Something which our other closeby cache didn't show you!). All you will have to do to bag this cache is collect a couple of numbers and convert them to co-ordinates. Easy Stuff!

Hartwell House's History is big news as it was first mentioned in the Doomsday Book as belonging to William Peverel, son of William the Conqueror; since that time Hartwell House has played many roles. Between 1809 and 1814, Louis XVIII held his court at Hartwell, signing the constitutional document, confirming his accession to the throne, in the library. Not only that if you fancy a room for the night....go for the Lee Suite....go on, its only £700 a night!!
