Wooden Work 12 – One for the Kids 3 Multi-Cache
Team Crackers: We have finally received communication from the shire and it looks like these works will be going on until next year. Also, they did not think the new playground would be made of wood, so we reluctantly are archiving this one.
If things change in the future, we will replace it with a new one.

This is the third in this series of one for the kids and also the largest structure. Why didn’t they have stuff like this when we were kids? As with the others you don’t have to enter the play ground to get the clues and the cache is hidden away from this area. The kids may not want to leave for a while, so if you are interested there is a historic house and museum near by, with afternoon tea available at the weekends. This was the first brick building built in Frankston. Circa 1855
When you get to the above co ordinates have a rest at the supplied seat and sort out the required numbers
A = How many yellow tubular sides can you see?
B = The number of Flying Fox rides plus 1.
C = The number of vertical concrete slabs that make up the Zig Zag wall slightly to your right. (Near vertical wooded posts)
Now head off to:-
S38° 09.172
E145° 09.552
Once you get near the BBQ area you will need to find some more numbers.
D = The number of silver rings hanging off the red play structure <,b>minus 1.
E = The number of bumpy yellow slides you can see minus 1.
The cache can be found at:-
S38° 09.ADC
E 145° 09.DBE
The cache is a 400ml Sistema container containing an assortment of small figurines that children may enjoy, it is a tight fit and may take a bit of getting out. Please cover with leaves again after replacing.
