Muggle Finder: I went and talked with the folks in the Harbor Masters office. While I didn't speak to the Harbor Master himself it didn't seem likely that I was going to get an o.k. to reactivate the cache. And the cache itself was missing. So, I think that's it for this one. Gilly will have to find somewhere else to play!
