You're looking for an ammo box painted like the tar baby.

This one is at Virginia Highlands Community College. Park at coordinates N 36 41.978 W 082 00.006 and you will see the path to take. The reason this is a two star is because you have to go through a briar patch to reach the "tar baby", so wear jeans and a thick shirt.
