Located just off a walking path about 300 meters from the carpark at the top of Towers Hill.
Once the second largest city in Queensland, now one of its beautiful tourist towns.Take a drive to the top of Towers Hill and learn a bit about this town and its historic gold rush. See this site for more information on this town. www.charterstowers.qld.gov.au While you are there have a look for a cache along the Pyrites Chimney walking track, you will probably stop under a shady tree for a break as this place can get hot.
