This parking area may be gated off at times.
This is a multi-stage cache ending in a 30 cal. ammo box located in
the Emily Griffith Beardsley Preserve in Roxbury, CT. The
informational only micros each provide coordinates to the next
stage.
The Emily Griffith Beardsley Preserve is a beautiful park worth
exploring fully, and this cache is one of two caches that will help
you do so.
The posted coordinates are for the first stage of this cache. They
will also guide you to a parking area.
On a recent visit this parking area was gated off. Alternate
parking is posted above.
Please check lot conditions before committing your vehicle. They
can be muddy and slippery at times.
Some stages may be difficult to find with snow on the ground.
You may also encounter a letter box or two along your travels.
There is one VERY near stage two. Please respect them.
