Geocache Description:

This small clear vial about 2 inches tall located in Falls Park On the Reedy River, overlooking the beautiful Liberty Bridge (see the hint).

The West End of downtown Greenville is undergoing many changes to preserve an area which was a main focal point, in the early days of Greenville’s history. The Reedy falls provided the waterpower to operate several types of industry, which once flourished in this location. Today, the remains of several of these sites are visible, as one strolls along the Park walks. If you plan on coming to the area to cache, you will find many new places to eat. If your schedule is flexible, please allow time to see the Falls, and Liberty Bridge at night. We don’t think you will be disappointed. Be sure to bring your own “GEOCACHING IS FUN!” pen to sign the log. You may wish to do a search of the many nearby caches. Come and enjoy “our” town!
