Team RedCow: It appears that the park may be closed indefinitely due to hurricane damage. I had not disabled the cache since a few had been able to get to it anyway for awhile after the hurricane, but I guess the park people are being much stricter now. No one has been able to log the cache for quite some time. I may replace it in a new location once the park reopens.

Geocache Description:


There are just not enough caches in the area that are large enough to drop off large items and travel bugs. This cache will help solve that problem. It is a black five-gallon bucket with enough space inside to trade out large travel bugs. It is also within five minutes of the Fort Lauderdale airport so geocachers can trade out their travel bugs en route. The cache is located about fifty feet off a nature trail in Snyder Park. There is a $2 per person gate fee during the week to get into the park. The fee is $2.50 on the weekends.
