A small container, hidden among rocks and dolphins. Easy to find, if you can get there.
A camo-duct taped plastic container. Contains a pencil, paper and some small trinkets. The site is west of the Sifto Salt Mine. It is publicly accessible except during ship-loading operations. The gates will be closed when this occurs. The public is welcome at all other times, you'll probably see lots of people fishing. It may seem unlikely, but you can drive within feet of the cache. The Sifto Plant is off-limits to the public and fenced off.
