This Degree Confluence is in Ida-Viru County (East estonia) near the Vadi, at Tammemäe Village (far far away from big centers).
We placed Degree Confluence caches at N 59 E 25, N 59 E 26 and this is third one: N 59 E 27. The cache is near the confluence point 140 meters exactly to the north ( follow the 27th parallel). We could´nt put it right on the confluence because it seems too near to a farmhouse.
