This is a level, less than half an hour walk to the cache.

Once a year you can see the dog salmon returning to end their lives in the Little Qualicum Spawning Channels. Thousands of dog salmon can be seen fighting their way back to the place of their birth. This is a spectacular event.
We particularly like to walk here in the fall. The colours of the leaves and the sounds of the eagles, crows, gulls and crunch of leaves underfoot can be heard. And if you are lucky, bears can be seen.
It is a pleasant walk at any time of the year.
