Rehoboth

The Tanger Outlet Center - Seaside offers a wide variety of stores that sell their merchandise at outlet prices and remember no sales tax in Delaware. People can literally shop till they drop here, but if you have caching on your mind, pull to the rear overflow parking lot. Park at 38 43.197 075 06.688. From here you will see the Junction & Breakwater trail leading into state park land. The trails are hiking/biking paths, so it will be easy walking. The 2 star terrain rating is for the short hike off the main path to the cache.
