The cache host/hide has collapsed over winter! I found the cache on the ground, but the tree is no longer a good hide for it. There is also evidence of 'camping' in the area, not a great location anymore.

This cache celebrates the 50th Anniversary of Billings Bridge Plaza, Ottawa's first one stop shopping mall!
Find the 50th Anniversary commemorative plaque. 1954 is the first of three dates you will find on the plaque. Take the second date, insert a decimal after the first digit (in the form of X.XXX) and add it to 20.942 to derive the north minutes of the cache co-ordinates. Use the third date in the same manner (Y.YYY)but subtract it from 42.908 to derive the west minutes of the cache co-ordinates.
The cache container is now a large preform under a fallen tree trunk.
