Located in Raintree Sub-division, the land of days of leaf raking!
We love our house and our neighborhood. It is great to have mature hardwood trees in your yard. They soar to nearly 100 feet!
Even in the midst of summer I can enjoy my hammock and a book. In the fall, it is plain old sweat labor when it comes to getting the leaves up. It takes three of us three days to get them up. I do love my house, but only 11 months of the year.
This cache is located in a wooded are of several acres. The land was intended for use as a county elementary school for Raintree. Instead there was rezoning and the Raintree kids go to Pemberton. Parking is best by the speed limit sign on Falconbridge.
This terrain is challenging due to the leaves hiding branches and vines that may trip you. There are several good paths as the kids use it as a cut through to Godwin.
The overall difficulty is set at two due to the tall hardwoods that may impact your GPS signal.
