Cache is attributed to Col. Washington (not the former President) Atlitiude of 10272 ft.
This is a virtual cache since the site is on protected land. Be in good shape or stay overnight. There is a large marker and it should be obvious if you've hiked up from Angelus Oaks. Quite historic and very relevent to geocaching. Enjoy the view!
