Geocache Description:

A small clear plastic cache. Contains log book, a 'Where's George?' and one small keyring! Enjoy the area and the walk.


Some of you will have been to this area before. It's nice to visit again though...

Enter the place at the coodinates above and then look for a sign.
The sign will have a line that reads 19AB, S. CD
S 34° 39.(C)(A+1)(B-D)' E 138° 49.(C+1)(D+1)(A-2)'
Do the maths and find the final coordinates! Got it?

Take your time and look around - we think that you will enjoy it. Have a look at the signs and be fascinated about a slice of history in this area that many are unaware of.



When you're finished you might want to wander around the little (free) museum 200m from the trail head. When you venture further down the track though you'll find a lovely walk and if you're lucky you may see the odd roo too....
