Ante todo no os extrañeis de que vuestro gps no coordine bien, con tanta antena alla arriba es normal.
Las coordenadas iniciales estan cerca de un vértice geodésico en lo alto de Peñacabarga con unas estupendas vistas de la bahía de Santander desde 560 metros de altitud.
Una vez allí deberás averiguar qué altura H tienen "Las Tetas" porque las coordenadas reales del cache son:

W: 3º 46.(H+346)

First of all it's normal that your gps is not accurate, because of the aerials.
Coordinates are near a Geographic Point (a white concrete block) at Penacabarga top with a nice views of Santander bay from 560 m high.
Once there you must to ascertain how high are "Las Tetas" (this altitude will be H) because real coordinates of cache are:
